Teams are established within organizations to get results.
The most successful teams, those that produce results, are teams
that have the means in place to take action (productivity) and build
effective relationships to motivate and maintain action (positivity). With
too much productivity and not enough positivity team members burn
out. With too much positivity and not enough productivity,
team members don’t produce the desired results.
I work with teams to develop processes, structures and agreements that are innovative, inclusive, accountable, timely and aligned with the vision, mission and goals of the organization.
The Team Diagnostic Assessment™ from Team
Coaching International is the beginning step in the process
of building a team that is meaningful to the participants, gets results
and is sustainable. This new assessment was developed by Team
Diagnostic International (TDI ™) and is based on systems theory
and the work of the Center for Right Relationship™, leading
authorities in the field of team development.
It is currently the only instrument on the market that assesses
the performance dynamics of the team AS A SYSTEM rather
than as a collection of individuals. It provides measurable
benchmark information about the system based on responses from individual
team members to a set of standardized questions. This provides
information regarding the team’s current state as well as next
steps for team development. The assessment also allows for
customization to address specific team requirements. Because
the team assesses itself, there is strong
buy-in.

What are the benefits of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)
Relationship Systems Work (ORSC) is the art and
science of powerfully leveraging the generative potential
of human relationship systems, whether personal or professional. This
work emphasizes being in right relationship within our organizations,
communities and families. Right
relationship is the daily practice of deliberately and intentionally
unfolding the power and potential of relationship systems with all
aspects of oneself, all aspects of others and the larger world. This
methodology has been used successfully with companies and organizations
of all sizes, with community advocacy and organizing work, in families
and in large-scale global endeavors.
Most team development approaches look at leadership and
team development from the standpoint of developing individuals on
the team. This approach examines individual performance within
the group. Optimizing Team Performance is a corporate
form of the ORSC work which develops the entire team using a revolutionary
systems-based approach drawn from the best of coaching, psychology,
organizational development, mediation, quantum physics, process work
and general systems theory. We hold the system or the relationship to
be the client and explore what we call the “Third Entity™”—the
relationship itself, as opposed to the individuals involved in the
relationship.

Organizations choose coaching because they want to be on the cutting edge of their industry or business, creating from a place of commitment and passion. They want to create a workplace filled with people who are committed, productive, excited and collaborative.
Inspire everyone to participate as a leader in
your organization. In order for people to effectively
lead and influence others they must know their own values and style
of leadership. When learning to be better leaders, some people
try to emulate the style of other leaders in their organization. However,
what works for one leader often doesn’t work for others. It’s
a bit like wearing a costume that doesn’t fit very well.
Leadership and personal effectiveness coaching
works with the individual from the inside out, surfacing
their values, style and strengths. Work develops from there
to build new skill sets that fit both with who the person is, who
they are becoming and what the organization needs.
Strengthening the individual promotes the effectiveness of
the whole organization. This type of work stresses building
inter-dependence as well as individual leadership. My approach to
leadership development is about helping people find their own power
through understanding their unique values and style.

Throughout the process we will focus on becoming aware of and embracing that uniqueness and learning how to use it more effectively in service of enhancing success at all levels of your organization.
