What Drives Me:

There are a number of values and beliefs that inform how I work and show up in my life.   It’s important to me to cultivate a strong integration of heart and mind.  This enables me to provide insight, to see the interconnections of all systems and to be approachable and offer value through my work.  I am committed to life-long growth and learning for myself and those I work with.

Professional Bio:

Charlotte Toothman is the principle of Charlotte Toothman Consulting holds an MA in Management and is certified as a coach (CPCC) and as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC).  She is authorized to administer The Leadership Circle Profile, The Team Diagnostic Assessment and a number of other individual and team assessments.  She has more than twenty years of experience as a coach and consultant who offers a range of organization, team and personal development services including leadership development coaching, team coaching/development, strategic planning and thought partnership, conflict resolution, change initiative design, and retreat/meeting facilitation and design.

Charlotte is a skilled, experienced professional with an energetic, flexible style, the ability to synthesize/integrate information quickly and is passionate about transformative learning. Her work is grounded in systems theory, team development theory, adult development, complexity theory and positive psychology.
