Relationship Systems Work emphasizes being in right relationship within our organizations, communities and families. Right relationship is the daily practice of deliberately and intentionally unfolding the power and potential of relationship systems in all aspects of life.  This methodology has been used successfully with companies and organizations of all sizes, with boards of directors, community advocacy and organizing work, in families and in large-scale global endeavors.

Optimizing team performance is a corporate form of the relationship systems work which develops the team using a systems-based approach.  This process draws from the best of coaching, psychology, organizational development, mediation, quantum physics, process work and general systems theory. Together we will explore the dynamics of the system as opposed to individuals involved in interactions.
